Nagaland is easily among the best untouched places in all of the country. It is often overlooked by tourists as a backward state and obscure destination with no connections to the rest of the world, but the reality is quite different. Nagaland is located in the North East, adjacent to Myanmar (Burma). Also, it is the only state with 16 active surviving tribes and home to the last surviving headhunters- The Konyaks.
