This lovely yoga centre is managed by Mohit, who hails from Mumbai. After a stint in the corporate sector, a creative job as a photographer and then film maker, Mohit found himself longing for peace and happiness, and enrolled in a 7 month’s teacher’s training course in Yoga. After noticing a hollow fad of yoga all across the country - where even the teachers didn’t delve deep into yogic sciences, Mohit pursued a master’s in Philosophy - majoring in Yoga, and a diploma in Mysticism. Yoga House, Mohit’s dream, was started with the intention to teach not just yoga asana, but all aspects of spirituality and philosophy surrounding yoga, like Samkhya, Panchakarma and Vedanta, etc.
